Steps for Ketones Testing

1.Urinate into a cup and dip the strip in the urine or

2.Hold reagent strip in your urine stream as you urinate

3.Gently shake excess urine off the strip

4.Compare the reagent end of the strip with the matching color charts (30 seconds for glucose, 15 seconds for ketones)

5.Record and report the results
