Low Fat Tamales

  • 5 lbs. Fresh Masa
  • 1 14 oz. Can Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 Cup Chili Powder
  • 2 – 3 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1/8 Cup Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  1. Mix all ingredients together until they are blended and place in refrigerator while preparing meat.
