Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 – 16 ounce can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 9 – inch pie crust
  1. Beat pumpkin, eggs, honey, orange juice concentrate, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together.
  2. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
