Pumpkin Pie
- 1 – 16 ounce can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash of ground cloves
- 9 – inch pie crust
- Beat pumpkin, eggs, honey, orange juice concentrate, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
